What to Expect – Veterinary Appointments & Payment Information

 

APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday. Our appointment book is digital, allowing efficient appointment scheduling and optional phone reminders, as well as vaccine and annual exam reminders. You can conveniently request an appointment by phone (208) 287-VETS or electronically. Appointments are necessary to get your animal seen without delay, but walk-ins are always welcome. In the case of an emergency, don’t delay and call us right away. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Farm calls are available by appointment. After hours or emergency weekend exams are usually available as well.

 

PAYMENTS
Lake Shore Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.  So that we can continue to provide you affordable, high quality service, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We can provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. Request one at any time for any service. Estimates are more accurate if the patient has a physical exam with the doctor first.

Alternative Payment options: We understand that animal medical care can sometimes be unexpected. To help you care for your animal in a timely manner, we offer payment plans through Care Credit. You can apply online for a payment plan at CareCredit.com.

 

DISCOUNTS
Lake Shore Animal Hospital offers discounted services for multiple pet visits and farm calls to barns or stables with multiple animals.
