APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are available Monday through Friday. Our appointment book is digital, allowing efficient appointment scheduling and optional phone reminders, as well as vaccine and annual exam reminders. You can conveniently request an appointment by phone 208-287-8387. Appointments are necessary to get your animal seen without delay, walk-ins are usually available. In the case of an emergency, don’t delay and call us right away. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
Farm calls, after-hours, or emergencies are usually available by appointment. Please call to see if we can accommodate your emergency as our schedule dictates.
PAYMENTS
Lake Shore Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. So that we can continue to provide you affordable, high quality service, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We can provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. Request one at any time for any service. Estimates are more accurate if the patient has a physical exam with the doctor first.
Alternative Payment options: We understand that animal medical care can sometimes be unexpected. To help you care for your animal in a timely manner, we offer payment plans through Care Credit. You can apply online for a payment plan at CareCredit.com.
